Outlook 2010

We use Microsoft Outlook for managing our internal email. You are most likely using Outlook Web App, although many employees also use the desktop version which just provides some added features and functionality. For those employees who are using a Mac, you may be using Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac. Below are some resources to help you get familiar with using Outlook.

We frequently get questions about setting up email preferences, handling email attachments, as well as using and creating distribution lists. If you forget your email password, it will need to be reset. Since the trouble reporting system uses your email password, you will need to contact your site tech directly for this. It will most likely be reset to something like "1111" and then you can change it when you sign back in.
